I am having so much fun ever since we got a new oven- mini-quiche like thingys, jam/nutella tarts, apple crumble, peach puffs.
To-cook list:
1. Veggie burgers/patties.
I tried the tofu/mushroom/caramelized onions/tofu burger at Relish today and it was okay but it wasn’t spectacular so it inspired me to try to make a good vegan burger.

It’s a good thing I missed school today, I spent the whole day settling the printing business for the LOOP, I really hope it turns out well :x
I also arranged my craft supplies! :-) And did a lot of crafting with Jade, it was fun. We made little wallets that are so cute, might be selling them real cheap, do keep a lookout!

Wow I miss having a best friend. I still remember when I thought I had enough of labels and the concept of having just one really really more than good friend but I've been slowly realizing that maybe it's nice to know that you'll always have that one friend, you know?

Musical theatre showcase/choral singing is over! It didn’t feel like performance night at all :-o
I want to stay at home and practice my black lady voice, it’s really hard. But tmr is childrens day so I have to go to school, I really hope the juniors will like it or be appreciative :-o

My feet are tired! Cooking class today was actually really fun.
In the morning, we made toast with: blueberry jam, caramelized bananas/peanut butter and tortilla dips. Then in the afternoon I taught the class how to cook simple pasta and the class was really small so we just experimented with the ingredients and ate them all up and made a salad for the music teachers. the past two weeks have been one of the most amazingly productive weeks of this year. It was really nice to hang out with the bus buddies again <3 Even if its just half of the group and we spent most of the time studying. Finals are almost over with just chinese and theatre left to do and after that we’re done for the year, and then it’s going to be year 5 so soon. I’m excited...

I’m a self-proclaimed nerd- I like studying sometimes, like today. Since you have to do it, might as well enjoy it :-D Going home was fun, I kind of miss the 158 bus buddies. I think we’ll always be different friends because of all the time we spent together on the bus- 90 minutes x 3 days at least x 4 weeks x 18 months! :-o It’s quite sad that we never go home together anymore...

SO TIRED. Filming for 5 whole days! One mini shoot to go and we’re done, done done done done!! Tmr will be really fun, baking at Nicole’s :-) I really really miss baking and cooking and just messing around in the kitchen. Can’t wait to bake!!
